JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized and self-directed Project Manager to oversee and drive key B2B marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects while enhancing vendor engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business/marketing objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive B2B marketing toolkit, including templates and resources for effective vendor communication.
  • Lead project management for vendor-funded initiatives, tracking progress and reporting on outcomes.
  • Create and manage a content calendar to streamline vendor engagement and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify improvement opportunities in vendor positioning and messaging.
  • Establish a centralized resource hub for vendor onboarding materials and educational assets.
  • Implement tracking systems to monitor vendor outreach and engagement progress.

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in project management/coordination, particularly in B2B, marketing or vendor management roles.
  • Strong written communication skills with a knack for content development.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously with minimal guidance.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in eCommerce or B2B marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with vendor enablement practices.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on operational rigor and attention to detail.
