Responsibilities
- Oversee and prioritize data analytics tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Collaborate with various business segments to drive the Star strategy with a focus on Part D Star measures.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients regarding data insights.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and QA processes for reporting products.
- Transform raw data into actionable insights to support multiple dashboards and projects.
- Implement best practices for data management and reporting to enhance processes and tools.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Proven knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics tools and languages for analyzing large datasets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities and minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with the Part D Medicare Star Rating Program.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on enhancing reporting products.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as SQL.
