We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with engineering teams and enhance user support while driving product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to facilitate project progress and resolve blockers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for user support, addressing inquiries and triaging tickets efficiently.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely communication and updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and training materials for internal teams.
• Take ownership of specific business areas as you grow in the role, contributing to larger initiatives.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate technical queries.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse teams.
• Proficient in using project management tools, such as Jira, for tracking progress and issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in product management or a related field is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and user experience design principles.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
