Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to facilitate project progress and resolve blockers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for user support, addressing inquiries and triaging tickets efficiently.
- Manage ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely communication and updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining documentation and training materials for internal teams.
- Take ownership of specific business areas as you grow in the role, contributing to larger initiatives.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate technical queries.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse teams.
- Proficient in using project management tools, such as Jira, for tracking progress and issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in product management or a related field is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and user experience design principles.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
