Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
• Manage and track progress on support tickets, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and user training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and enhance user experience.
• Facilitate the configuration of out-of-the-box features for brand administrators.
• Analyze and document current and future state processes to drive efficiencies.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating process documentation and training materials.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with user support or customer service is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with digital asset management systems or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment.
