Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of marketing elements across various business units, ensuring precision in execution.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and manage project estimates, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the production lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external partners, translating creative concepts into production specifications.
• Identify challenges and develop innovative solutions to enhance production processes.

Skills

• Experience in print production management.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and MS Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with international teams.
• Familiarity with store layouts and hardware systems relevant to marketing executions.
