Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in upgrading our SaaS platform. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure our insurance platform meets industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed project requirements.
• Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement optimized workflows.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable user stories for development teams.
• Conduct data analysis and create reports to communicate insights effectively.
• Design and validate solutions in partnership with IT and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and integrate risk management strategies.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and IT teams to maintain alignment.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in business analysis tools for process mapping.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and effective cross-functional team working skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional project management methodologies like Waterfall.
• Previous experience facilitating requirements workshops and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
