Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed project requirements.
- Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement optimized workflows.
- Translate complex requirements into actionable user stories for development teams.
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to communicate insights effectively.
- Design and validate solutions in partnership with IT and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and integrate risk management strategies.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and IT teams to maintain alignment.
Skills
- Strong proficiency in business analysis tools for process mapping.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset and effective cross-functional team working skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional project management methodologies like Waterfall.
- Previous experience facilitating requirements workshops and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
