JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a UX Content Manager where you'll shape engaging and effective digital content for consumer-facing platforms. Collaborate with talented professionals to drive strategic initiatives and optimize user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with UX and Design teams to develop content-led strategies that enhance user journeys.
  • Manage and execute content creation, working closely with various stakeholders to align with marketing objectives.
  • Contribute to a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms to support marketing goals.
  • Translate content strategies into actionable business and technology requirements.
  • Ensure digital marketing tools align with content needs and best practices.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development teams with a focus on collaboration.
  • Proficient in UX copywriting with a strong emphasis on user-focused microcopy.
  • Solid understanding of digital content impacts, including web publishing and responsive design.
  • Experience analyzing consumer trends and applying insights to content strategies.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in content strategy, management, and editing.
  • Background in financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience with Figma and creating mobile app content experiences.
