JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Master Data Business Analyst, where you'll play a key role in optimizing Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data systems and driving efficiencies. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various departments, ensuring system stability and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary user support and administrator, ensuring system functionality and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, ecommerce, and supply chain teams to enhance system performance.
  • Manage system administration, including implementing changes and enhancements.
  • Address and resolve daily work tickets related to master data and invoice discrepancies.
  • Assist in maintaining consistent and complete master data adhering to governance standards.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and troubleshooting of various systems.
  • Provide coordination and interpretation of requirements to business partners.

Skills

  • Experience in business analysis and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of merchandising, ecommerce, omni-channel, and supply chain systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in collaboration and accountability.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP systems, particularly S4.
  • Knowledge of PIM systems.
  • Retail business background with strong process and systems acumen.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in simplified terms.
