JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions through data-driven insights and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analytics and insights initiatives for product teams, setting the roadmap and direction for analytics solutions.
  • Evaluate program performance and customer response through statistical testing and analysis.
  • Design and maintain metrics and reports to monitor program health and customer behavior.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in customer data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop self-service solutions and actionable insights.
  • Report findings and insights to senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning discussions.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience working with large-scale datasets and analytical tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages such as Python or PySpark.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Background in statistics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SAS or similar data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Graduate degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
