JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in the office, contributing to innovative projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition and successful completion of business requirements, including discovery, analysis, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with product, relationship management, quality assurance, project management, and technology teams.
  • Conduct customer and market needs analysis to develop detailed product and system requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team.
  • Identify and assist in developing additional business opportunities within current clients.
  • Oversee knowledge management from business to system processes and assist in overall system design.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in business requirements documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in conducting market and customer analysis.
  • Ability to manage all stages of business requirements from research to user acceptance testing.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with internet systems and product development.
  • Familiarity with delivery methodology standards and solution creation.
  • Understanding of client tactical plans and goals.
