JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an IAM Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support essential projects while working in a collaborative environment in Kansas City.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external clients.
  • Process and manage requests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
  • Conduct due diligence on customer requests, verifying eligibility and coordinating with various departments.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, completing daily accounting activities as needed.
  • Engage with stakeholders to maintain and enhance existing technologies and workflows.
  • Identify and escalate critical issues to senior staff for prompt resolution.
  • Participate in testing activities for application maintenance and issue resolution.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-volume tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in processing and provisioning requests in a customer support capacity.
  • Proficient in following standard operating procedures and maintaining security protocols.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IAM (Identity Access Management) or similar fields.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and accounting processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Willingness to provide on-call support as needed.
