We are seeking a skilled IAM Project Manager to lead an exciting project focused on transitioning Identity Governance & Administration from on-premises to a SaaS model. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with diverse teams and contribute to critical security initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the execution of the IGA transition, overseeing all phases from design to deployment.
• Maintain and update RAID logs to track risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to drive project success.
• Provide regular status reports and updates to leadership, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the evolution of IAM and IGA operational maturity post-transition.

Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in project management, particularly with complex IT programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS transitions, particularly in IAM or IGA domains.
• Knowledge of major SaaS IGA platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint Identity Now, or Okta.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in banking or highly regulated industries.
