JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively while driving product development and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and evolution of the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and business lines, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Articulate a clear product vision that prioritizes outcomes and value.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among onshore and offshore teams.
  • Conduct presentations and provide updates to stakeholders on product progress and strategy.
  • Utilize AWS Connect, AWS Contact Lens, and Amazon Q to enhance product functionality.
  • Drive initiatives that promote a Lean/Agile mindset within the team.

Skills

  • Proven experience in product ownership or management, particularly in technology-driven environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and initiative-taking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and empower others to achieve common goals.
  • Proficient in creating presentations and conveying complex information clearly.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AWS services and cloud-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their application in product development.
