Responsibilities
- Facilitate the rollout and execution of engaging learning programs and initiatives.
- Translate and culturally adapt learning content from English to Japanese.
- Provide essential administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
- Develop captivating e-learning content using innovative tools.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities with a positive approach.
Skills
- Fluency in both Japanese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Rise or VYOND.
- Proven ability to work with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Preferred Skills
- Background in content localization or translation is advantageous.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and previous corporate L&D experience.
- Familiarity with additional digital learning platforms.
