Responsibilities

• Facilitate the rollout and execution of engaging learning programs and initiatives.
• Translate and culturally adapt learning content from English to Japanese.
• Provide essential administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
• Develop captivating e-learning content using innovative tools.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities with a positive approach.

Skills

• Fluency in both Japanese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Rise or VYOND.
• Proven ability to work with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Preferred Skills

• Background in content localization or translation is advantageous.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and previous corporate L&D experience.
• Familiarity with additional digital learning platforms.
