We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and manage various projects within a dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all phases of project management from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Assign tasks and monitor project staff to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders on project progress.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to resolve issues and drive project success.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in non-IT business applications.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in creating and managing project timelines and deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the diagnostics or medical device industry.
• Familiarity with design controls and working in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of product development processes and stage gate methodologies.
• Experience with project management software such as Smartsheet.
