Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all phases of project management from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Assign tasks and monitor project staff to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders on project progress.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to resolve issues and drive project success.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in non-IT business applications.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in creating and managing project timelines and deliverables.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the diagnostics or medical device industry.
- Familiarity with design controls and working in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of product development processes and stage gate methodologies.
- Experience with project management software such as Smartsheet.
