Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of data collection projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Engage with engineering, product, clinical, and customer care teams to align project goals and requirements.
- Set project deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion.
- Perform quality audits and prepare reports for upper management on project status.
- Support the creation and alignment of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and vendor management.
Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in program and/or project management.
- 1-2 years of experience in data collection and project coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various project components.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AWS tools, particularly S3 for data collection.
- Experience with Asana and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Creative problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
