Responsibilities

• Assist in updating and adapting packaging designs to align with new branding and legal requirements.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in artwork and design content following packaging guidelines.
• Manage and document artwork changes, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate artwork routing and timelines to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Build and nurture key relationships to facilitate successful project outcomes.

Skills

• Proven experience in packaging graphics within the creative or printing industry.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Adaptability to work with various systems and processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in design, art production, or graphic arts.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and healthcare packaging standards.
• Ability to handle high volumes and shifting priorities effectively.
