JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Product Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive product planning and development, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand Ups, Demos, and Retrospectives, to foster team collaboration and efficiency.
  • Manage the product backlog, refining features into actionable user stories for the development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align product vision and roadmap with business objectives.
  • Ensure all acceptance criteria are met and stakeholder needs are satisfied through delivered product experiences.
  • Provide Agile leadership, focusing on design thinking and Agile values to enhance team performance.
  • Coordinate dependencies with other teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

Skills

  • Proven experience in Agile product management or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to analyze market and customer insights to inform product strategy.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in leading Agile teams and managing product roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and practices.
  • Background in technology or software development, particularly with mainframe systems.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
