Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the design team to develop compelling visual campaigns and strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee the creation of digital and print materials, including brand ads and social media content.
• Ensure compliance with creative quality standards and firm branding.
• Work with a diverse team of creatives to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies.

Skills

• Proven experience in a design leadership role with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of brand standards and design principles.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, Figma, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with UI/UX design and video production.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
