JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Senior Program Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative initiatives and aligning strategic goals across business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic programs to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Oversee program resource allocation and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of programs, ensuring readiness across all functional areas.
  • Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive focus on business outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage program budgets and articulate the value of proposed scopes.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in project and program management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an executive presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile experience.
  • Experience in managing large-scale technology transformation programs.
  • Proficiency in change management and stakeholder engagement.
