We are seeking a motivated and skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that enhance our retail and corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build infrastructure for retail stores, including client, mobile, server, network, and IoT systems.
• Manage the corporate desktop environment and office productivity applications.
• Provide detailed status updates to team members and leadership.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure effective management of diverse hardware types and platforms.
• Demonstrate strong technical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives and adapt to new technologies as needed.

Skills

• Proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft operating systems.
• Experience in desktop support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with POS systems, JIRA, GitHub, and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience in a large retail enterprise environment.
• Ability to demonstrate an aptitude for process improvement.
