Responsibilities

• Support the Fragrance Designer in executing new fragrance development projects, ensuring alignment with milestone deadlines.
• Assist in sampling requests and conduct gap analysis for fragrance development.
• Participate in olfactive evaluation and selection, and facilitate legal review of product names.
• Research cross-category products and integrate trend analysis into new fragrance designs.
• Maintain and expand the fragrance library and support data management and integrity.

Skills

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Expertise in sensory science or olfactive evaluation.
• Proficiency in data analysis and technical troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in creative writing and product development.
• Ability to synthesize market or trend research.
• Familiarity with research, testing, and writing standard operating procedures.
