Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to gather and compile essential project information and updates.
• Maintain and update project schedules and financials using enterprise-level project management tools.
• Organize and lead weekly status meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and meeting minutes are distributed.
• Manage and update issue, risk, and change management registers within the project management platform.
• Coordinate communication and meetings across various workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Work closely with the finance team to track and compare financial actuals against planned numbers.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project coordination within a corporate setting.
• Proven track record in managing software development or IT-specific projects.
• Proficiency in using enterprise-level project management tools.
• Strong background in working with large, matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to document complex processes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and basic proficiency in Microsoft Project.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in finance management and report creation.
• Proficiency in SharePoint creation and maintenance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.
