We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing hardware inventory and fulfilling requests to support our operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill hardware requests by picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping items efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular reconciliation tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store contacts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional service while managing hardware incidents and requests.
• Demonstrate flexibility in daily tasks to meet the evolving needs of the team.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce systematic reports.
• Experience with inventory management systems and data accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Technical degree or relevant certification.
• Experience in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of shipping processes and inventory management systems.
