We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Assistant to support the daily operations of our creative studio and visual merchandising team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize seasonal product samples for the creative studio and visual merchandising team.
• Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any delays or issues to relevant teams.
• Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets to ensure accessibility and organization.
• Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency.
• Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
• Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals.
• Assist with photographing studio setups as needed.

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in visual merchandising or creative studio environments.
• Familiarity with sample management processes.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit.
