Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java and Python, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Utilize AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and IAM to enhance application functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, testing, and deployment.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and leverage DevOps tools to streamline development processes.
- Engage in Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely project delivery and continuous improvement.
- Research and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance development practices.
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in software development, particularly with Java and Python.
- Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
- Proficiency in CI/CD practices and tools, such as GitLab CI and CodePipeline.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and AWS certifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
