Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java and Python, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Utilize AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and IAM to enhance application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, testing, and deployment.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and leverage DevOps tools to streamline development processes.
• Engage in Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Research and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance development practices.

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development, particularly with Java and Python.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices and tools, such as GitLab CI and CodePipeline.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and AWS certifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
