|Job ID 71110|Posted Jul 24, 2025We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. IT Project Lead to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the implementation of innovative laboratory systems in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with lab workflows.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to optimize processes and enhance system functionality.
- Facilitate change management and user training to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making and improve laboratory operations.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including lab staff, IT, and compliance teams.
- Attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LIMS, preferably Lab Vantage, and familiarity with lab automation.
- Knowledge of clinical, research, or diagnostic lab workflows and regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
- Background in Life Sciences, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Analysis.
