Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Content & Project Management Contractor (approx. 20 hours/week, may increase to 40 depending on the skill set of the selected resource) to support solutions marketing team. This role will help drive the creation, organization, and management of key content materials, working closely with stakeholders across marketing and services teams

Content Marketing Specialist
6 months - (Ranging between 20 and 40 hours/week). Will start out with 20 but depending on their skill set and what all they can do, they may throw additional responsibilities their way and increase the work load. 


Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support J2C (Journey to Cloud) content creation and updates.
2. Assist in developing and maintaining the Services Core Bill of Materials (BoM).
3. Manage and update content repositories, including Highspot, SharePoint, and Wrike. (Just examples)
4. Take input from messaging documents and Level 1 (L1) decks to draft solution sheets, one-pagers, and other sales/enablement content.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally to keep materials aligned, up-to-date, and accessible.

Requirements:

1. Strong content creation skills
2. Prior experience in B2B SaaS, professional services, or tech industry a plus.
3. Experience working with content tools like Highspot, SharePoint, and Wrike (or similar platforms).
4. Ability to transform technical messaging into clear, customer-facing content.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
