JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Platform Analyst to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical vendor-purchased systems and support ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for primary vendor platforms, providing day-to-day support for production issues.
  • Configure and optimize systems to meet business requirements, prioritizing user-driven solutions.
  • Support and maintain integrations with Adobe Workfront and other platforms.
  • Identify and implement improvements for existing systems and assist in migrating from older systems.
  • Collaborate closely with business partners to ensure systems meet evolving user needs.
  • Participate in Agile processes, including tracking user stories and sprints.

Skills

  • Proven experience in IT or business analysis, with a strong understanding of vendor platforms.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR IT applications and platforms, particularly those supporting the HR lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with Salesforce applications and data management.
