Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead Coupa system administrator, responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic improvements.
- Provide responsive support to end users (Procurement, Finance, AP, etc.), resolving issues and answering configuration-related queries.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Coupa configurations (e.g., business rules, approval chains, chart of accounts, suppliers, custom fields).
- Own user onboarding and access provisioning, including training and permission setup.
- Proactively monitor data quality (supplier data, catalogs, accounting structures) and recommend improvements.
- Lead or support system change requests, testing, validation, and rollout.
- Create and maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Support reporting and analytics efforts using Coupa dashboards or data extracts.
- Mentor and upskill internal team members in Coupa administration and configuration to ensure knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Coupa Administrator or in a Coupa configuration role.
- Deep knowledge of Coupa modules including Procure-to-Order(P2O),
- Experience supporting Coupa in a post-implementation or hypercare environment.
- Strong understanding of system configuration, business rules, approval workflows, user roles, and integration points.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable leading training or knowledge transfer sessions with non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Coupa integrations with ERP systems (Workday)
- Experience in change management, process documentation, or internal training.
- Coupa certifications (e.g., Coupa Admin, Coupa Certified Professional) are a plus.
