JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Lead Full Stack Engineer where you'll drive innovation and build robust solutions for broker data and Salesforce integrations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate closely with business experts to enhance our sales capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and support of technology solutions to advance broker and sales business domains.
  • Collaborate with a team of developers to design and build solutions that enhance product sales.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and Salesforce interfaces using Java and Kafka.
  • Define, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
  • Implement monitoring solutions and logging practices to ensure system reliability.
  • Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and partner with QA for quality assurance.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in full stack development with strong Java programming skills.
  • Proficiency in Kafka and API development.
  • Expertise in SQL, specifically with Oracle or SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and deployment pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and production support experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms and end-to-end application building.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft.
  • Background in Agile software development practices.
