JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and innovate in the field of data processing while collaborating with a dedicated group of professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support data integration and transformation.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code using ETL tools and SQL.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in ETL development.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document technical specifications and maintain relevant project documentation.

Skills

  • 8-10 years of experience in ETL development, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools, particularly Informatica.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps and GIT.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP’s Agent Performance Management (APM) application.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development practices.
  • Background in financial systems and commission payout processes.
