Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the strategic vision for product design, ensuring alignment with engineering and technical specifications.
• Conduct research and provide insights related to manufacturing processes, materials, and market trends.
• Create, maintain, and approve technical specifications for products.
• Review and approve product samples to ensure they meet established standards and design vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate design details and project requirements effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of textiles and clothing design principles.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Miro collaboration software and Spark (PLM).
• Knowledge of home textiles and product construction.
• Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and brand alignment.
• Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
