JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist where you'll act as a vital link, enhancing customer experiences and ensuring smooth revenue collections.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for customers via phone, email, text, and live chat.
  • Provide effective and timely solutions to customer inquiries and issues across multiple platforms.
  • Encourage customers to utilize online resources for improved understanding and experience.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure follow-up on unresolved matters.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams for root cause analysis and issue escalation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
  • Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams and contribute to process improvements.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to the customer support knowledge base.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and listening abilities.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with telephony and support systems.
  • Capability to manage high volumes of customer interactions effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in identifying and recommending process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently on related projects with minimal guidance.
