|Job ID 71081|Posted Jul 22, 2025We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Senior Letter Maintenance Administrator, where you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of letter templates within an enterprise system. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to a high-impact project with a strong likelihood of extension.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of letter templates to ensure consistent branding and formatting.
- Analyze business requirements and determine the best approach for implementation.
- Manage multiple projects with varying priorities and collaborate with other administrators.
- Develop and modify templates based on approved requests and test changes thoroughly.
- Promote tested templates to production and communicate updates to end-users.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions for process improvements.
- Maintain enterprise-level branding and ensure consistency in library structure.
Skills
- 3-5 years of related experience in template design and development.
- Strong understanding of computer science, coding concepts, and logic statements.
- Proficiency in tools like Quadient, Client Letter, and MS Word.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in highly regulated environments such as healthcare or finance.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and Access for light technical tasks.
- Experience with Client Letter by Topdown Systems is a plus.
