JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Technology Recruiter, where you'll design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in technology. This role involves full life cycle recruiting and offers the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and HR partners.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement tailored recruitment strategies for technology roles.
  • Manage a portfolio of up to 25 job openings, ensuring timely and effective placements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on staffing needs and market trends.
  • Develop job descriptions and evaluate candidates for suitability.
  • Guide hiring managers in recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and trends.
  • Partner with the Diversity Strategy team to enhance diverse talent acquisition.

Skills

  • Proven experience in recruiting for technology, strategy, and data analytics roles.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and recruiting within competitive talent markets.
  • Excellent client and candidate service skills.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication, consultation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with superior multi-tasking capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in financial services recruitment.
  • Familiarity with modern technology sectors such as AI, Cloud, Data, and Security.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholder managers.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing job offers.
