Responsibilities

• Define and manage quality assurance testing for websites and landing pages built with various web technologies.
• Conduct comprehensive functional testing to ensure workflows and interactive features perform correctly across different environments.
• Perform visual QA to confirm design accuracy, responsive behavior, and compatibility across browsers.
• Develop and run automated tests for core user journeys and regression checks.
• Execute manual tests for unique cases and visual assessments.
• Lead client/user acceptance testing before production deployments.
• Conduct post-launch verification and smoke tests after deployments.
• Document defects clearly, working with teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with development and project teams to align on test coverage.
• Assist in defining test strategies and building scalable QA practices.
• Maintain test documentation for repeatability and improvement.
• Track and report on testing status and readiness in a client-friendly manner.

Skills

• Proven experience in website testing, including complex interactions.
• Ability to write detailed multi-step test cases.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks like Playwright.
• Strong communication skills for defect documentation and resolution.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing Salesforce and/or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) sites.
• Familiarity with testing email campaigns and user journeys.
• Experience leading user acceptance testing sessions.
