We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Production Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects while collaborating with talented professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of packaging standards for owned brands.
• Collaborate with creative and packaging partners to develop innovative solutions.
• Create presentation decks and mock-ups to support approval processes.
• Present concepts and creative work effectively to stakeholders.
• Manage and update brand standards and documentation for multiple brands.
• Proof vendor-produced artwork to ensure brand consistency.
• Organize and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design and packaging.

Skills

• Proficiency in MAC applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality and accuracy in work.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with online collaboration tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Miro.
• Fundamental design skills with the ability to interpret design direction.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in packaging design or a related field.
• A design degree or equivalent qualification.
