JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Senior UX Designer, where you'll innovate and shape the future of user experiences in advertising support. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across disciplines and lead user research projects, ensuring impactful design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate detailed interaction designs through process flows, wireframes, and visual mockups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using data-driven insights.
  • Conduct usability testing to enhance the performance of new and existing features.
  • Present design concepts to teams for feedback and refinement.
  • Lead in the exploration of ecommerce trends and user interface innovations.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in interaction design for web or software applications.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in web-based information architecture, design best practices, and usability principles.
  • Proficiency in Figma design tool.
  • Strong online portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience working with technical teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Prototyping skills in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or Flash are a plus.
