Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and data requirements.
• Organize and facilitate meetings to capture key project information and decisions.
• Assist in creating and refining project plans, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks.
• Maintain project documentation and support Agile development processes.
• Promote effective communication and teamwork within the project team.

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Strong experience with data integration, migration, or database decommissioning.
• Proficiency in using project management tools, especially Microsoft ADO.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM systems, particularly MS Dynamics.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and practices.
• Strong collaboration and adaptability skills.
