Responsibilities
- Manage and refine the product backlog for the Data & BI scrum team, ensuring features and user stories are continuously improved.
- Translate business vision and reporting needs into actionable product roadmaps and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document and validate data and reporting requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with developers and QA to ensure clarity and efficient delivery.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on team progress and alignment with business objectives.
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Product Owner.
- Strong technical acumen in data product and BI solution delivery.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with cloud data platforms, particularly AWS Redshift and Tableau.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize commitments effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in large, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Background in data governance and metadata management.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control for data pipelines.
