JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Business Intelligence Engineer II, you'll leverage your skills to provide insightful analytics and contribute to a customer-centric mission.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track product success metrics.
  • Collaborate with product teams to define and establish new KPIs.
  • Analyze data from extensive networks to present key insights to leadership.
  • Conduct statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests to explore critical aspects of customer behavior.
  • Engage in strategic and tactical planning discussions to optimize operations.

Skills

  • Experience with large-scale complex datasets (3-6 years).
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in statistics, programming, or marketing.
  • Experience with SAS is a plus.
  • Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science, or related field is highly desirable.
