JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Product Manager, where you'll play a critical role in driving software delivery and ensuring product excellence. This remote position offers an opportunity to work with global teams and contribute to innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily software delivery tasks, ensuring smooth execution and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the product triad to refine and prioritize user stories, managing the product backlog effectively.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and lead backlog refinement sessions with UX and engineering teams.
  • Engage with global users to understand software usage and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and manage platform integration needs.

Skills

  • Proven experience in an agile environment, ideally as a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical needs into actionable plans.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with software engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with complex, cross-team dependent projects and agile principles.
  • A passion for learning and the ability to make informed recommendations.
