JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Procurement Technology Project Manager, where you'll lead transformative programs and drive strategic initiatives in a remote setting. Utilize your expertise in project management and procurement to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide procurement transformation programs, managing complex and multi-phase workstreams.
  • Establish and maintain program governance structures and workplans, ensuring metrics and KPIs are tracked effectively.
  • Influence and communicate across cross-functional teams, acting as the liaison to drive alignment and resolve issues.
  • Integrate external perspectives to inform procurement decisions and challenge the status quo with a digital and process mindset.
  • Collaborate with change management teams to support stakeholder communications and adoption.

Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on strategic oversight and execution discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and tools.
  • Experience in change management, influencing stakeholder communications, and fostering a culture of modernization.
