JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Senior .NET Developer, where you'll lead innovative projects and drive solutions for our clients. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide team members in software development projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide technical insights and solutions.
  • Design and modify software architecture for both new and existing systems.
  • Create detailed work packages for developers and mentor them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers to align on project goals and technical guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client experiences and propose additional services.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft .NET Framework, including C#, MVC, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for mentoring and helping others develop their skills.
  • Experience working remotely within a distributed team.
