Responsibilities
- Lead product design and prototyping, translating needs into clear product requirements and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Spearhead the redesign of the eCommerce platform, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and user feedback.
- Develop and maintain UX prototypes and scalable design systems using tools like Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to finalize design elements and deliver development-ready assets.
- Establish and lead UX processes and strategies, supporting design activities from market research to concept development.
Skills
- 4-year degree in design, information sciences, business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience with a strong focus on mobile-responsive site design.
- Expertise in user interaction design principles, UX methodologies, and visual communication.
- Proven track record in eCommerce merchandising and driving sales growth.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, InVision, and Sketch.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in people management and user experience with a visual design background.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and mobile-first design systems.
- Familiarity with open-source content management systems like dotCMS.
