JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Program Manager where you'll blend analytical prowess with project management expertise to drive strategic initiatives and reporting excellence.

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our PMO team with dual focus on operational reporting excellence and project execution.
This role combines analytical expertise for business reporting with hands-on project management capabilities to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive follow-up action items and coordinate input from cross-functional teams
• Facilitate successful transition of RSC to new tools and processes
• Prepare reports for various business reviews (MBR, QBR, Program Health Reviews) and drive follow up actions
• Manage program budgets and headcount tracking using analytical tools
• Execute PMO projects to drive standardization and excellence initiatives (on-boarding plans, Monthly Program Prioritization, voice of the customer Program, others)

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Previous Program Manager experience
Executive Reporting Experience
Data Analysis Experience

Preferred Qualifications:
It would be preferred that candidates have previous Supply Chain experience, but not needed
