JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Workshop Project Manager to lead and manage creative projects, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration across teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, driving innovative solutions for marketing and experiential events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects related to creative marketing and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks and support project advancement.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to align project goals with client expectations.
  • Coordinate timelines and day-to-day deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and milestones in partnership with creative leadership.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them proactively.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes to all relevant parties.

Skills

  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects, particularly in creative or marketing environments.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey project status effectively.
  • Familiarity with various project management methods and tools.
  • Technical proficiency in digital tools such as Miro, Smartsheet, and Excel.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as PMP or other relevant project management credentials.
  • Experience in digital marketing and creative fields, including branding and social media campaigns.
  • Ability to manage virtual communication and hybrid teams effectively.
