Join our dynamic team as a Designer, where you'll be at the forefront of creating innovative and commercially viable product designs, contributing to an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing brand-right, commercial designs that align with the overall business strategy.
• Create design sketches and prototypes, providing detailed specifications for garment construction.
• Maintain and organize the sample room to ensure efficient workflow.
• Prepare for design meetings by coordinating line presentation boards and product samples.
• Communicate development details effectively with internal partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with technical design on fit and execution of prototypes, ensuring timely delivery of samples.
• Adapt designs based on feedback for finalization and stay updated on competitor research and trends.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a comparable retail environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Centric software is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a flexible approach.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for commercial styling and performance.
