Responsibilities

• Support the design team in developing commercially viable product designs that align with business strategies.
• Create and maintain flat sketches, CAD images, and coordinate line presentation boards.
• Assist in preparing for meetings by organizing samples and ensuring all materials are ready.
• Communicate effectively with internal partners and vendors to ensure smooth development processes.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and contribute to the finalization of products.
• Engage in trend research and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Manage the sample room and ensure timely delivery of development samples.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate construction instructions clearly.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a retail or fashion environment.
• Knowledge of Centric software is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for fashion.
